Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno and Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao jointly inspected actor Derek Ramsey’s Porsche 918 Spyder after the luxury sports car was seized and issued a Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) over alleged misdeclaration and underpayment of the correct taxes.
Authorities said only around ₱1.8 million in taxes was reportedly paid for the vehicle, compared with the ₱30.5 million in total taxes allegedly due.
